Topic suggestion: Collaboration

Thanks for the suggestion, Laura! I should let you know that there is a group of museums in the Lower Mainland who have been getting together to share ideas about how to share exhibits. I will send you an email from my work address about the details of that group. One of our projects involves setting up a blog so museums in the Lower Mainland and beyond can exchange informations about exhibits we are developing and willing to share with other museums.

In the meantime, I'd like to hear more about your workshop idea (from you, and from others). Are you thinking of a workshop that would teach tools for collaboration (such as using social media to communicate, setting up frameworks and terms of reference, etc), or were you thinking of an opportunity for small museums to network and identify potential partnerships during the summit?
